Taking into line with the original intention for the night Wintour fashion (NOF), the Galleria expects to generate enthusiasm for fall fashion.

“I really just want to provide a fun evening that highlights the fashion industry,” says Valera. “We want to give buyers a reason to go on a night that might not be normally.”

Shopping centers in the Gaza hoping to do the same. The shops at the Palazzo has brought celebrity couple Bill and Giuliana Rancic to organize their events. There will be a Q & A with the couple and win a day of shopping and 2,000 pairs. It is not just a call to women buyers, but a call to bring the husband on the trip.

Stone also points out that Crystal is a perfect fit for the event as the first 20 pages of the prestigious September issue of Vogue feature ads for retailers to call home Crystals in Las Vegas.

One notable absence will be Wynn Las Vegas and Encore. Both have luxury stores that are centers of power in the fashion industry, but are not taking part this year. The two properties plans to return in 2012.

The Forum Shops at Caesars, however, is back with 75 participating establishments. You will find tarot readings in Chinese Eric Andrew Collection, makeovers in Dior Beauty, facials, fresh and champagne flowing in a lot of other boutiques.

The big event here, however, is the best of Las Vegas design competition again. Matt Goss will announce the winner after a fashion show with designs from three finalists.

“We expect people to come and have a good time,” says Stone of the crystals. “But we hope to come to the store, too. That is our ultimate goal.”
